If you use Compass and can't upgrade to Compass+, and you don't have a systematic approach to recording careers activities that are delivered in your setting, why not try using our Careers Activities Log - an easy to use Excel spreadsheet where you can collate key information about careers activities that have been delivered to your learners.
If appropriate, why not share a blank copy of the spreadsheet with Heads of Department/Curriculum Leaders, and ask them to record careers activities for their department. Get completed spreadsheets back just before the end of each term, in line with when you are going to complete a Compass evaluation. Collate all of their activities together in one Master spreadsheet.
Please remember: The owner of the spreadsheet is responsible for ensuring data is shared and stored securely.
Download the spreadsheet, review the examples, then delete them and start entering your own careers activities.
