The migration from Compass to Compass+ marks the first stage in our journey to enhance your experience using our digital products.
Complete a Compass evaluation to help measure performance against the eight Gatsby Benchmarks.
Once you have completed a Compass evaluation, you have the option to view, copy, share and delete your responses. This Help Centre article walks you through how to delete a Compass evaluation.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The screenshots below use the Compass evaluation for schools evaluation type.
- Some questions you see might be different if you are using the Compass evaluation for specialist settings or the Compass evaluation for FE and ITPs.
- The core functionality - of how to view, download and share Compass evaluation results, remains the same across all three evaluation types, whether you use Compass or Compass+.
How to delete a Compass evaluation
1. Log in to Compass using your email address and password - https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/schoolshub
2. From the Welcome screen, click on 'Get Started' in the Our Compass evaluation section:

There are three parts to the Our Compass evaluation section in Compass:
Starting a new evaluation
Where you start a new Compass evaluation
Previously completed or in-progress evaluations
Where you can resume an in-progress evaluation, copy a previously completed evaluation and share completed evaluation results, you can also delete evaluations you no longer need.
Historic evaluations
You can view results for Compass evaluations that were completed before 3rd November 2025, using the historic Compass evaluation questions.
3. Scroll down to the Previously completed or in-progress evaluations section.
4. Find the Compass evaluation you want to delete, and click the 'delete' button:

5. A pop-up box will appear on screen asking you to confirm that you want to delete the evaluation:

6. A green pop-up notification will appear in the top right corner of the screen to confirm that the Compass evaluation has been successfully deleted:
