1. Log in to Compass using your email address and password https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/schoolshub
2. Click on the 'Manage Users' button at the top left of the screen:
3. Pending users are greyed out in the user table. To activate them, tick the box in the 'Active' column at the end of the table:
4. A pop-up box will appear on screen asking you to confirm that you want to activate the user:
5. Once the user has been activated successfully, a green pop-up notification will appear in the top right corner of the screen.
6. Once the user has been activated successfully, they will be able to use their email to login to their Compass account.
