1. Log in to Compass using your email address and password https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/schoolshub
2. At the top of the screen you will see two buttons:
a. Manage Users
b. Manage Tracker Share (not available for ITPs)
The Compass Administrator can use these sections to manage the users in your tools for your institution, and control who you share information with.
Manage Users
When you click on this button, you will see your institution's user table.
You can activate/deactivate users, edit and update user credentials and also create users from here.,
Manage Tracker Share
For users who are still using Tracker, you can share your Tracker plans by clicking the green 'Manual Share' button and entering a recipient email address. If the system recognises the email address as having registered on Compass, this will allow another registered user to access your Tracker plans within their account.
If you are not using Tracker, no action is necessary.
Please note: Tracker is not available for ITPs.
