1. Log in to Compass using your email address and password https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/schoolshub
2. Click on the 'Manage Users' button at the top left of the screen:
3. From your institution's user table, go to the user you want to deactivate then untick the box in the 'Active' column at the end of the table:
4. A pop-up box will appear on screen asking you to confirm that you want to deactivate the user:
5. Once the user has been deactivated successfully, a green pop-up notification will appear in the top right corner of the screen.
A deactivated user can be reactivated at any time by going back to your institution's user table and re-ticking the box in the 'Active' column.
